Please call our office at (608) 339-6613 to schedule any appointments and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Please note as of May 12, 2025 we will no longer be in-network for Delta Dental of Cigna. We will still accept your insurance but will be considered an out-of-network provider. Check with your insurance company to find out what your out-of-network coverage will be.
