Dental Staff

Forrest Gearhart, DMD, received his dental degree from Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine.  Dr. Gearhart is a member of Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, DOC’s Sedation Education and Spear Education.  He practiced General Dentistry in the U.S. Army for four years prior to private practice in Adams, WI.  Since then, he has received additional training in Dental Implants and Sedation.

Heidi is a native of Nekoosa, WI. She started in the dental industry as a receptionist & assistant from 1977-1981. In 1983 she graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in Wausau, WI. After 20 years in Atlanta, GA she has moved back to Central Wisconsin to be near family & friends. She is passionate about her patient’s dental needs. She has 3 stepchildren with 5 step-grandchildren, ages newborn to 9 yrs old. She adores animals of all kinds.
